To reset a person's password using the Help Desk Password Reset workflow. From the Home page of the EmpowerID Web application, type the name of the person for whom you want to reset the password in the Global Person Search field and then click the tile for that person. This directs you to the View page for that person.
A: If you enter an incorrect password more than six (6) times your account will be locked for 15 minutes as a security precaution. Once your account is locked, you will have the option to reset your password by either requesting a link to reset your password or calling Customer Care at 877-250-5823.
